Biography

Janet Hickson's practice is concentrated in product liability litigation.  She has significant experience in defending all types of cases, including those involving the amusement park industry, as well as designers, manufacturers and distributors of a variety of products such as automobiles, consumer products, industrial equipment and medical devices.  Her case experience includes cases of all sizes, including catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. She is responsible for national and regional counsel defense programs implemented to manage repetitive litigation concerning design, manufacture, and warnings defect claims.  Janet also has significant experience acting as national discovery counsel for her clients.
