Biography

Elizabeth McNulty's practice focuses on both product liability and commercial litigation matters. Her product liability practice is focused on the defense of manufacturers across industry lines, including motor vehicles, motorcycles and off-road vehicles, recreational and tow products, and industrial and construction equipment, among others. Elizabeth regularly consults with manufacturers in the development and defense of product warranties, consumer manuals, warnings, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and federal and state regulatory compliance, including with respect to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, Lacey Act, Propostion 65 (California) and related federal and state regulatory issues. Elizabeth is experienced in the defense of class actions and mass tort claims filed in federal and state courts and has been responsible for national and regional counsel defense programs implemented to manage repetitive litigation concerning design, manufacture, and warnings defect claims.

Elizabeth's commercial litigation practice includes the defense of defendants in business litigation matters and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business-related torts, breach of warranty, covenants not to compete, confidentiality issues, and other similar litigation.
